how would i factory reset my fujitsu siemens lap top?

Boot from Recovery discs provided. This means make sure that the CD is inserted into the laptop, and when the laptop starts, make sure it reads from the disc first. Depends on what laptop model you have but mostly will work if you tap F12 on the keyboard as soon as it is turned on with the disc inside, and a pop-up will appear. Choose CD/DVD or anything that looks like it may be a CD or DVD drive using the keyboard arrow keys, and then hit Enter on the right one. It should then boot into the disc menu and can be continued from there.

Beware you will lose all data.
