Mend Dishlex DX302 Fill Water Code

Dishlex DX 302 not fillling?

My Dishlex DX 302 will not fill with water. It goes to fault code 10 after a couple of minutes into a cycle. I have replaced the controller board and water valve and fault still occurring. The door handle will not lock shut and can be pulled open while machine running. Could this be the cause of the machine not taking water?
