I'd check my oil first. Top it up if it is low.
If the level is correct then when was the oil and filter last changed? If due for an oil and filter change do it now, using the correct oil and the proper filter.
If the oil and filter have recently been changed was a genuine Renault filter used? If not replace the filter for a genuine one.
If after all these points have been dealt with, suspect the oil pump or oil pressure sender unit, or main bearings... and get them checked out before your engine is ruined.
