How can I fix my Sony HCD-SPZ90DAB?

my sony HCD-SPZ90DAB micro hifi component system does not pick up any DAB or FM radio stations even though I have fited the suplied aireal.The philips system we have picks up and tunes in ok on both DAB and FM so I asume that we have a good signal.
