Volume on my cassette player?

at first the cassette palyer in my truck accepted the tape. But when I ejected the tape out and tried to put in bak in, it will not accept any tape now. It keeps rejected them? It is a factor installed cassette deck. How do you fix the problem?

it could be a dirty change over switch or a missalind head or just a dirty head or need demagnatising
