How to fix nissan micra door problem?

Hi, i have a nissan micra T reg, 1999 model, my passenger side door leaks through the seal and also the door drops slightly when i open it, i was told it needed a new door strap, so i have just fitted a new door strap in, it seems to have moved the door back a tiny bit towards the tale end of the car which helps, but it still drops slightly and i can see that the seal is not sealed properly, any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.
Also i have tried tried wiggleing the door up and down, to my eye i can not see anything wrong with the hinges or hinge pins, i am no expert though.
