Mend Gainsburgh Elite Change Water Pipe

How do I change washer in our Gainsburgh Elite shower ?

When shower is turned off it still drips. I'm assuming it needs a water pipe washer replaced.

On advice from someone more knowledgeable than myself I made sure the mains water was turned off completely then I disconected the valve from the unit and put it in a vice and with a bit of strong arm attention took it apart, fitted a new washer then put it all together again and my GAINSBOROUGH ELITE 111 shower works without drips again.
