Mend Canon CX3200 Light Check Problems

fix cx3200?

i cant get the paper jam light off
i have check no paper jam in it
when i put the paper through no problems but it wont print due to the paper jam which there isnt one
how do i get the light off and beable to print

make sure there is no paper jammed by first turning off open scanner unit ,when u r sure there is no paper jammed close scanner and turn on ,press colour copy button put a load of paper in sheet feeder and press menu button until load & eject is on screen press colour copy button again hopefully this will work .
