Thanks Bob it was stopped up in the hose held it up to the light and what a surprise it was blocked had been cleaning brush roller thinking I was getting it. again thank u

you might want to check the hose to see if its plugged. you will have to unscrew it then shake it to find it. hold it up to the light to see if you've gotten all out. make sure you check to see where the dirt flows into the canister to make sure thats not plugged as well. good luck!
