ive bought a fiat stilo 2002?

since then ive had to jump start it a few times because the battery was dead its been checked at a local garage who said its ok and since i jumped started it the altenator has charged it now its starting of the key but if i dont use it for 3 or 4 days it goes flat what could be draining the battery or causing it to go flat
