how do i re-presurise by expansion vessel and to what pressure ?? thks

no db thats only if you get a excessive rise when system hot ie using the heating.
max rise even when cold is like mentioned below...plate exchanger

had this problem myself it was the expansion vessel needed pumping up this solved mine

Disconnect the Filling Loop to prove that it is not letting by, if pressure continues to rise then the Hot Water Plate Heat Exchanger is probably to blame
