Infra red detector?

Hi Gerry,

I can now get the upstairs alarm to set but the Quad element passive infra-red detectors will not detect movement. We took the front off the sensors and couldn't see a battery and we also took the front off the main alarm upstairs but the fuses looked ok.

Can you think of any reason why this could have happened?
