how can i fix kitchen cupboard?

If the damage is not too bad,you can put some wood glue on some wooden toothpicks and gently tap them into damaged holes until they are filled.Snip or break them off flush to the surface. tap the remainder down flat with a small hammer.Relocate the holes with an awl or other sharp object(maybe A small nail).Reinstall the hinge into smaller holes.
