Mend Superbyke 50cc Scooter Wont Start

scooter wont start?

i have a superbyke 50cc and it has been left standing for 5 days i come to start it with electric starter but wouldnt fire up ive changed the spark plug the supplier said the plug was a little cooler than the original but wouldnt make any difference
