how do you level the mowing deck on a 40508x92a murray mower?

How do you level the mowing deck on a 40508x92a murray mower? The discharge side is consistantly lower no mater what I do.

There is a large wing nut that holds up the deck on the right side, there is a possibility that yours is missing.. mine kept falling and I found that was the problem.
