Mend Lexmark x75 Power Printer

lexmark x75 no power is it the cord or switch? ?

Lexmark x75 is not getting power. All connections are the way they were when I printed yesterday. I moved the printer last night by just unplugging power cord from the back. I reconnected and there is no power.
How can I tell if its the switch or the power cord? If switch how to fix it?
