Will not start. used starting fluid and will not fire.
cleaned the plug and changed the plug will not fire.
has fuel.
How to check for spark?

had a similar problem with a ryobi grass trimmer (no idea what engine number) but problem was caused by the spark arrestor on the exhaust being choked up with carbon. To sort it just remove the cover plate held on by two screws, remove the wire mesh cover below it and give it a good clean (I found a wire brush worked best).
