Mend Tefal Button Iron

stuck button - tefal iron?

Can you plese tell me how I can release the steam button on my iron as it seems to be stuck.

hey, this just happened to me five secs ago, theres a thing which you can pinch and lift up infront on the buttons, do that and then with a knife go around the edges of the button until it pops up again.

You will find its not stuck its the switch thats gone
Iv'e had a few of these over the years an thats a weekness. I use mine everyday for steaming curtains etc but if its under warranty get it replaced.
