why is my Glow-worm EP30B not firing?

I have a Glowworm economy plus ep30b boiler for the heating only and although the pilot light will stay lit the boiler will not fire up when the heating is turned on.

I know enough to know domestic gas boilers are not compatible with diyers your boiler could have a few faults ie emergency sutoff in boiler might have activated due other piece of faulty equipement. Best I can say is get it serviced by gas man don't take any chances with it
Note: favourite of engineers is to say pcb is gone
