Mend Neptune 8.5kw Wrong Stopped Water

What is wrong with my Neptune shower?

When taking a shower yesterday our Neptune 8.5kw shower stopped working half way through my shower. There is water and power to the unit but it is lifeless even the little red light does not come on.

Mine is the same. Take the cover off and use a multimeter to check the resistance of the solonoid valve (bottom right, brown and blue wires). If it has infinate resistance it's broken! When current flows through the coil it opens the valve letting water flow. Without it nothing will happen.
