Ford Transit ABS Module Problem?

For the second time now my ABS module has blown,Ford replaced it originally then 2 weeks later it went again with the wiring almost on fire, Ford replaced it which lasted 2 months and now they are saying it has water inside the module caused by steam cleaning and wont replace even though I havent steamed cleaned the engine,is it possible for water to get into the sealed unit or are they just not wanting to admit that they havent fitted it correctly again hence why water has got into the module.
