Mend Fisher & Paykel MW508 Washing Machine Drain

Fisher & Paykel MW508 Phase 4 Washer?

Machine tries to fill in spurts (about one second spurts before it stops and starts for some time... and eventually stops and beeps constantly. When moving to another cycle, the machine looks to drain in spurts as well, but very little water comes out. I thought it was the OOB, but replaced that. Now I'm clueless. thanks in advance for any help.

That is error code 43 which is an error with the out of balance switch. You say that you have changed it. Check that the wires are connected properly. If it is an ordinary microswitch make sure one wire is on C common and the other wire is on NC normally closed. Then make sure machine is level and bowl is sitting central.

Why is it beeping? To tell you there is an error of course. Look at the 8 lights along the top row and while it is beeping count from left to right and make a note of which lights are on and which are off. Post the result back here & I will tell you what the error code is.
