does anyone know the keycode for ford focus cd/radio?

Please can anyone help -my uncle is visiting from France and we can't unlock cd/radio in his Ford
Focus Pilot.
serial no. is 021776 doesn't appear to have a letter, tho model no. next to it is 20/03L (was unsure if L was perhaps part of serial no.)
