Mend Polaroid TLU-01511CU Turn Socket Plug

My Polaroid tv TLU-01511CU doesn't turn on how can i fix?

Hi My tv one day just didn't turn on i tried the socket and bought a new plug wire for the tv but it wasn't that either. Is there anything else it could be? The stand by light doesn't come on either. Nothing happens at all.Thanks for your help!

My Polaroid TLU-01511CU died in the same way. Not only was the surface-mounted fuse blown, but a number of components in the power supply had also burned out.

It is probably the internal fuse that has blown, mine has just done the same thing, but I cannot see how you get the back off to access the internal fuse. Does anyone have any clues please.
