Mend Zanussi TD163 Tumble Dryer Door

My Zanussi TD163 tumble dryer door won't stay closed?

My Zanussi TD163 tumble dryer door won't stay closed. The door handle and door hook look OK but it feels like a spring is missing as the hook won't engage in the hole to keep the door closed. Does anyone know which part I need to order?

Your spring is broken (a common failure). You can get one from www.spares2go.co.uk. The cost is £5.41 plus 56p postage, expensive but cheaper than a new dryer.
