How can I fix my refrigerator?

My Whirlpool refrigerator Model#ET18NKXFW02 has water coming from somewhere running to bottom of frig. and freezing under the bottom drawers and on bottom shelf. Frig. itself has normal/recommended temp of #3 on the dial, I have it on 2. So frig. is running cold. Salad dressing in door sometimes freezes???? Please help!!!!

My Ge refrigerator model # PSC 23S GPA SS has a leak trickling out of the corner of the recessed trim that surrounds the dispensor cradle and is leaking on the outside of the refrigerator to the floor. Anyone know how to fix this leak?

Hello,

It sounds like your defrost drain is plugged up with ice. Try locating where the drain hose is. Sometimes they are in the back of the fridge section with a little cup attached to them and sometimes they are just a hole under the freezer floor. Once you locate the drain tube just flush it out with hot water using a turkey baister is good for that. Hope this helps.
