Mend Electra 37468 Dryer Machine Problem

How can we fix Electra 37468 tumble dryer?

The machine works but does not produce heat. What is the problem? can we get a spare part? where from?

Have a electra 37468 tumble dryer 18 years old. Did turn it on it started working but when it went to go in reverse it started clicking continuosly and tried turning off and on again but it clicking all the time now. Any ideas?
