Mend Bissel Bissell Steam Pump

Bissel Proheat Clearview water lines and pump?

I disassembled my Bissel pro heat Clearview and cleaned the water lines and I forgot to mark where they ran. Could you tell me if it looks like I reattatched them correctly?While I was at it,I bought a new pump belt and installed it as well. I turned the machine on but no water dispensed from the machine. Could it be the actual pump that is bad? If you have any suggestions, they are more than welcome.

Ok..I found the problem and fixed it. But I have run into one more little problem involving the brush. It spins when the handle is in the upright position but does not spin when it is in the down position. I'm at my wits end with this thing but I'm bound and determined to fix it. Help!!
