how can i fix my ferolli optima 701?

my pilot is on but when i turn tap or central heating on the boiler will not fire. if i pull clear tube off leading to the air pressure switch and blow down it it will come on. also if its the central heating i switch on when i do this it over heats and cuts off and the pump feels extreamly hot

The pumps sounds as if it needs to be replaced & either the pressur eswitch needs repalced or more likely the fan impellars need cleaned. Get a qualified engineer to do it.
