Mend Hoover HNMf2805 Fridge Food Number

Fridge freezer - hoover hnmf2805?

My freezer part is not working properly because the food in the freezer is thawing. I generally keep on number 3 setting. As per instructions have turned dial up to super to protect food nothing is happening and food is thawing. Temp in freezer compartment only slightly colder than fridge. Do you have any suggestions?
