Why is my delta sewing machine jamming?

When I sew, the top thread gathers under the cloth and then the machine jams. I think its to do with either the bobbin or the case the bobbin sits in. Please help. What can I do.

Make sure you are threading the machine properly with the presser foot up so the thread goes inbetween the tension discs, top tension about 4 or 5 make sure the bobbin turns anti clockwise in the bobbin case.
