How Can I Fix My Mini Moto?

Hi My Mini Moto's Rear Wheel And Flywheel Is Completely Jammed. Pull Start Won't Budge The Flywheel And The Rear Wheel Jus Drags It Wont Move The Chain. Any Suggestions? I Don't Know Where To Start Its Just Completely Jammed Up!!

ok there is a silver thing on the left side 8mm size spanner u will need take the silver thing off and put it bk on will be fine
