Mend mini moto Start Mini Pull

start problems?

i got a mini moto when i pull the cord the wheel goes round with it is it the clutch

yes the clutch works on a centrfiugal arrangement so the springs that hold the clutch shoes back from contacting the clutch bell must be either broken or have come off the shoes.basically the faster the clutch spins the nearer the shoes get to driving the clutch bell and the chain around so its already there and touching if it does it just by pulling it.
