hiya my gilera runner keeps conking out and over heating iv been told to try changeing the coil and iv done this and still no joy when it does conk out il leave it for about 5 mins and it will start again fine and ready to go it will last any ware from 15-30 mins befor conking out on me plz plz plz if any1 could help me with this it would be a great help thanks ben
i suspect the head gasket is leaking water into the combustion chamber its a common problem with vx's and dna 's usually starts to do it when the water is hot after about 5 mins of riding ,check the coolant bottle to see if its bubbling and getting pressurised more than usual when its running ,take the coolant bottle cap off before running and then and start it up.
