whats the fault for d2 on a ferroli optimax He 31c boiler we have no hot water but rads work

I have a ferroli Optimax 18kw OV boiler and I get this code too. It means there is a delay in the heat setting generally between hot water demand and heating demand. I think the setting is more common with combi systems.
