how can i fix my rear fog light on renault scenic ('04)? ?

assume you are trying with the headlights on as fogs are usually wired this way due to you driving in adverse weather conditions, no joy remove bulb and with headlights on test across contacts for 12 v using meter or homemade test lamp.
i would also check for a possible corroded earth on the rear light assembly.
