Lawn Mowers?

Is there a fuel filter or fuel screen that needs to be replaced or can it just be cleaned? Is this easy to get to or should I take it to a repair shop.

If there is no obvious fuel filter in the fuel pipe, it will be in the union that goes into the bottom of the petrol tank. If you disconnect the pipe from the carburettor, and fuel flows freely there isn't a filter problem.
