Mend Maytag PYE2300AYW Model Dryer Cycle

MAYTAG MODEL # PYE2300AYW ELECTIRC DRYER?

HAVE NO POWER TO DRYER. THE DRYER JUST QUIT IN MID CYCLE. HOW DO I CHECK TO SEE WHAT IS WRONG, AND THEN HOW DO I FIX IT

Mine has done the same thing. But the wires are red and it seems to have continuity.

Hello,

Since your dryer was running prior to shutting off, and if it still won't start up, I would check to see if the thermal fuse is blown. If this is blown, your going to have to check your exhaust vent out for clogged lint. Pop up the top panel with a putty knife (there are 2 clips) and the thermal fuse is at the top.
