Who makes Carlton appliances?

I am trying to find contact details for Carlton - address in the UK, phone number, email or website. I want to replace a non-standard part of an SE100 coffee maker (ie, not the jug or filter).

Sorry to be cheeky, but have come across your question whilst i search for answer to mine!
I have lost my user manual and am also looking for website to try and download this from Carlton, but am getting nowhere fast.
Now for the cheeky part, do you think you would email me a copy of yours please?
