My dti6300 was working ok overnight, but this morning nothing no led lights. have removed plug and checked connections still no joy. cant even find phone number to contact Thompson help?''

Thompson Thompson DTI6300 Video, DVD Players Working Morning Removed

Mines is exact same. I can hear the hard disk run up but no LED's. Tried the reset described on topup tv website but no joy.

Remove the hard drive, delete partitions using Windows disk manager, then replace it and the box will format it automatically.
