how to fix a light to a loop system?

i av bought alight fitting,but when i unscrew the old one ,it has a loop system,so would like to know how to wire it up.

Get an electrician in as you will probably end up doing it wrong, melting the contacts tripping out your board and having to pay more to have your handy work put right.
