how can i fix my starting up problem?

i have a ford escort mk6 zetec the problem is short distance driving and starting it up agian is a battle of 10/15 min.ive changed most sensors :maf,iscv,lambda sensor... but i notice on high speed driving 140/160km when you put your foot down the car is sluggish & not responding.please advise...
