Mend Hoover Freezer Light Works

how can i fix my fridgefreezer made by hoover?

my fridge freezer is not freezing? there used to be a slight noise but now there is nothing. the light still works but flashes on and off and the back of the fridge freezes, but there seems to be a problem with the freezer. i have checked the back of the system and cant find anything visable wrong.
