Mend Ford Mondeo Wont Start

Mondeo wont start?

I Have an Xreg Mondeo estate. Suddenly packed in on me Has always started 1st time.But now engine turns over normaly but will not start have tried it with a spark plug removed and connected to HT lead but there is no spark. Any Ideas Please
