PROCOND ELETTRONICA is very probably the manufacturer's name and is of little consequence.

When buying a capacitor the rating in Micro-Farads and the rated maximum voltage are important - also the number of terminals (some capacitor cases have more than one capacitor inside) and the physical characteristics otherwise you may not be able to mount it.
