Mend Hotpoint DF61 Dishwasher Drainage Pump

Hotpoint aquarius df61 - will go through a cycle but wil not pump water out?

I have a hotpoint aquarius df61 model dishwasher, and ii am experiencing difficulty in releasing the water after the cycle has gone through. The sump stays filled with water and will not drain can anyone please help me with this problem. any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
