Mend Candy CC217 Condenser Dryer Tumble Filter

How can i fix my candy cc217 condenser dryer?

My tumble dryer is spinning but not getting hot. The light for clean filter is going on and off but the filter is clean, is this also connected?

Mine is Fixed !

I took out the condencer and noticed that it had "fluff"
on it.
I cleaned all the fluff off and heh presto.

an engineer has told me that the problem is the heating element, the replacement thermostat I ordered according to the parts list had a earth wire,the original did not. and alone did not solve the problem, my machine is a cc60 with an 01 added but only cc 60 parts can be ordered.

Mine is doing the same. Appears to be heat but clothes feel as if the water is not getting out.
