Which tank are you looking for, coolant or screenwash???

Getting it wrong WILL damage your car.
If you are adding coolant it has to be the correct type and at the correct ratio, dont just add water.
The information on which tank is which is in the car handbook.
Many colleges and womens groups do basic car maintenance courses, which show you how to check oil, water, tyres etc. Please sign up for one and avoid making a very expensive error.
At the very least go to a garage and ask someone to show you.
