HOTPOINT DISHWASHER FDW60?

THE ECO MODE LIGHT IS CONSTANTLY FLASHING AND THE PUMP IS RUNNING. WHEN START UP IT GOES FOR A MINUTE DOESN'T FILL AND GOES BACK TO THE ECO LIGHT FLASHING. CAN ANYONE HELP
