run bike it works fine until i stop then when i try to pull off again the engine dies but dosent stall changed spark plug cleaned jets on carb and float chamber still the same any ideas

It sounds like your pickup jet is still blocked, take it out & clean it. Are you running a race pipe? If you are then the scoot may need to be up-jetted.
